Salmon Patties

3 Cans 14.75 oz. Salmon                                 ½ t. Dill

2 Eggs, beaten                                                 Salt  & Pepper to taste

1 C. Bread crumbs                                           ½ t. Garlic powder

3 Green Onions, sliced                                    Oil for frying

1 15 oz. Can Corn, drained   

Drain salmon and remove bones, flake into a large bowl, add all ingredient except oil, form into patties ½ inch thick, meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium heat, cook patties 4-5 minutes on each side till golden brown. I serve mine with a cheese sauce.
